CANCELLATION POLICY

The Crown Room Cancellation & Appointment Policy 👑 At The Crown Room, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide an elevated, uninterrupted experience. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. Appointment Requirements • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee. • Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to confirm will result in cancellation of your appointment. • No-show appointments will incur a 20% cancellation fee and the client will be unable to book for 1 year. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. • Every service requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. • You may reschedule one time without forfeiting your deposit. • After your first reschedule, any additional rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book. • All forms and waivers must be completed completely and signed before arriving for your appointment. • Failure to complete required forms and waivers before arrival may result in cancellation or rescheduling. • New clients must book a consultation first, either in person or virtually, before booking any extension service. • All extension sales are final. Extensions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We understand that life happens and we truly honor communication.
