Cancellation Policy
At The Crown Room, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide an elevated, uninterrupted experience.
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee
• No-show appointments will also result in a 20% cancellation fee
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee will apply
